XSITE Capital Investment LLC, a Maryland limited liability company (“XSITE,” “we,” “us”) operates the Beyond 9 to 5 Club and Vanguard programs and the related websites. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

- Information you give us: name, email address, phone number, and answers you provide on registration, qualification, enrollment and contact forms, or in chat.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
- Usage information: device, browser, pages viewed and similar analytics collected through cookies and tools such as Microsoft Clarity.
- Chat messages: messages you send through our website chat widget, which is provided by our CRM provider.
How We Use Information
- To register you for webinars and events, and deliver programs and products you purchase.
- To respond to your questions and follow up about our programs.
- To send emails and, where you have agreed, text messages about our events and offerings.
- To process payments, prevent fraud, and improve our website and services.
Text Messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and consent to receive texts, we will use it to send messages about your registration, events and our programs. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
How We Share Information
We share information only with service providers that help us operate our business (for example payment processing, CRM and messaging, email delivery, hosting and analytics), when required by law, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell your personal information.

Data Retention and Security
We keep enrollment and payment records for up to seven years for accounting and tax purposes, and other information as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You may unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message, opt out of texts by replying STOP, and ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing us. Residents of some states have additional rights under local law, and we will honor valid requests.
Children
Our services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
