Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy covers programs sold by XSITE Capital Academy LLC (“XSITE,” “we,” “us”). It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Vanguard Multifamily Accelerator: 30-Day Action-Based Guarantee
The Vanguard Multifamily Accelerator mentorship program ($4,997, or $597 today followed by three payments of $1,597) includes a 30-Day Action-Based Guarantee. To qualify for a refund, you must:
- complete your onboarding and vision call;
- attend at least one live coaching call; and
- submit your refund request by Day 30 after enrollment.
Refund requests submitted after Day 30, or without the completed requirements, will not be honored.
Payment Plans
Choosing the payment plan does not change the guarantee window or its requirements. If a refund is approved, all payments already made are returned to the original payment method and any remaining installments are cancelled.
Vanguard Core ($45,000) and Elite ($65,000) Mentorship
The same 30-Day Action-Based Guarantee and requirements described above apply to Vanguard Core and Elite, measured from your enrollment date. In addition:
- Verification. We verify completion through platform and attendance records. Our records are the basis for determining eligibility.
- Processing. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten (10) business days. Upon refund, your access to all program materials, community spaces and live sessions ends immediately.
- Non-delivery. Nothing in this policy limits your rights if we fail to deliver the program as described.
Fees, Ending Early and Termination
- Vanguard Core and Elite fees are non-refundable except under the guarantee above, because enrollment reserves a limited cohort seat and commits resources for the full term.
- You may stop participating at any time by written notice. Fees already paid are non-refundable except under the guarantee, and unpaid installments remain due.
- If we end your enrollment for any reason other than your breach of the agreement or non-payment, we refund a pro-rata share of the fee for the unused term.
- Please raise any billing question with us in writing before starting a chargeback. We respond within 10 business days.
Other Programs
Refunds and cancellation for any other program are governed by the written agreement or invoice issued for that program.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@xsiteacademy.com before the end of Day 30 with your name, the program and your enrollment date. We acknowledge requests within one business day. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
