These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites, programs and services of XSITE Capital Investment LLC, including the Beyond 9 to 5 Club and Vanguard (“XSITE,” “we,” “us”). By using our sites or purchasing our programs you agree to these Terms.

Our content, webinars, courses and communications are for education and information only. They are not investment, legal, tax or financial advice, and nothing on our sites is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security. Accounts, Programs and Payments
- You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your enrollment.
- Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe and, where offered, payment plans are charged on the schedule you select.
- Refunds, if any, are governed by the terms presented at the time of purchase for the specific program.
Communications
By providing your email address or phone number you agree we may contact you about your registration, events and our programs. You can opt out of emails with the unsubscribe link and of texts by replying STOP. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. See our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, recordings and branding are owned by XSITE or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use purchased materials and may not copy, resell, share or distribute them.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our sites, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use them unlawfully.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Our sites and programs are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, XSITE and its owners, employees and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for investment losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the program at issue.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be brought in the courts located in Maryland.
Changes
We may update these Terms and will post the new date above. Continued use means you accept the changes.
